MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATION (MCA)

ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR MCA.

A Candidate who possesses one of the following qualifications is eligible for submitting the application for admission to MCA. Any graduate with an overall aggregate of 50% (relaxed by 5% for SC and ST candidates) covering the entire course,
subject to the following conditions:

  1. He/She has studied Computer Science/Computer Application/Computer Practice as an optional/elective/compulsory course during graduation.     
  2. He/She has studied Mathematics/Statistics during graduation. 
  3. He /She has studied Mathematics in PUC or +2 A candidate who has not at all studied Mathematics either in the graduation or in PUC or +2 has to credit a compulsory course called st Additional Mathematics in the 1 emester in addition to the regular courses prescribed.


All the candidates seeking admission to the MCA course should write PGCET.
